Most orders are usually shipped within 2-3 business days. However, certain orders take longer to ship. Free shipping is available in the Continental 48 states for all products with a purchase price over $200. Please note that shipping charges are higher than average to certain areas of the US and, as a result, additional charges may apply. If so, you will be notified of the additional charges before your order is shipped. Shipping charges apply outside the Continental 48 states for products with a purchase price over $200. However, these charges will be at a discounted rate. For those products with a purchase price of less than $200, shipping charges apply and are based on an "average" charge for shipping the product within the Continental 48 states. Shipping on returned items is not free regardless of the price of the purchased item. The purchaser is responsible for the actual cost of shipping the item to them as well as the shipping cost for returning the item. Actual cost of shipping is determined by what the manufacturer charges to drop ship to the customer, and whatever price the shipping company (UPS, FedEx, etc.) charge to get the product from manufacturer to customer.
